Pray for their salvation: That believers on the job be exemplary, show love and compassion and minister the word in relevant ways to their colleagues.
Pray that they serve as unto the Lord – not with eye-service, knowing that God is a righteous judge and a rewarder of faithfulness.
Pray against the spirit of laziness, complacency and procrastination and that employees work conscientiously.
Bind the influence of principalities and powers hindering diligence and effectiveness and causing rampant misunderstandings, demonstrations, discontentment and down time.
Pray for the Unions to function reasonably and allow good sense to prevail in their negotiations.
Decree and declare an excellent attitude of diligence, loyalty, continuous learning, discipline, sacrifice and contentment, resulting in discipline, tolerance and production.
Prophesy that patriotism will be evident and the will of God be done through them in our nation politically, socially, economically, culturally etc
Pray against victimization and call forth better conditions of service & that timely pay, promotions, raises/bonuses are awarded to deserving personnel.
